About Dr. Klimoff

 

Dr. Judith Klimoff, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist and board-certified executive coach who holds a doctorate in psychology from Rutgers University.  She has more than twenty years’ experience helping executives fine-tune their leadership styles and grow their careers.

Before opening her coaching practice, Judith held senior positions at a bank and a consulting firm, working on executive coaching, leadership assessment and career development. She also founded and directed the Career Development Center at Rutgers University’s Center for Applied Psychology, offering career-development counseling to individual clients.

Judith possesses a unique combination of professional expertise, business savvy and cultural sensitivity. Early in her career, she worked in France, gaining a familiarity with European culture that still informs her work with clients from across the globe. Her many years of experience with U.S.-based companies have also given her a deep understanding of the world of American business.

This business background drives Judith’s pragmatic approach: she helps talented leaders adjust their style or behavior in concrete, visible ways that enhance their career success. Undergirding this work is her belief that lasting change comes only when we stay true to our essential selves.
