Process: Although every program is tailored to the client’s specific needs, it will usually include the following steps:
- Initial planning: Judith works with the client, the client’s manager and a coordinating human resources liaison to create specific goals for the career assessment process.
- Assessment: In a half-day meeting, Judith uses psychometric testing and a detailed interview to identify the client’s strengths, developmental opportunities, and goals for personal and professional growth.
- Feedback: Judith and the client meet to discuss the results of the assessment and to develop specific recommendations for career growth and personal development.
- Wrap-up: Judith meets with the client, the client’s manager and a coordinating human resources liaison to review the assessment’s findings, discuss opportunities for the client’s professional development, and devise strategies for supporting the further growth of the client’s career.
Time frame: One to three months.
